This film titled “A Moment of Opportunity” was produced by Cuscal in 1996. We recently digitised it as part of an ongoing project to preserve and make available the historically interesting and indeed entertaining films in our collection.

“A Moment of Opportunity” is a slick six-minute film promoting credit unions using slices of credit union history and mutual philosophy as selling points. Its running time perhaps makes it unsuitable for mutuals today for social media but it could be useful to screen at events such as mutual anniversaries.
“A Moment of Opportunity” was digitised in our third batch of VHS video digitisation since 2018. We have now digitised about 20% of our VHS collection that is obsolete. We hope to do more in other film formats next year. We hope you enjoy “A Moment of Opportunity” and we will share more recently digitised mutual films soon.
